EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Loadmaster Industries, LLC (LMI) was contracted by Seadrill to perform a comprehensive multi-scope overhaul and replacement campaign aboard the West Tellus drillship during its out-of-service phase at the shipyard.

Spanning approximately 60 days of continuous operations from February 28 to April 30, 2026, the project encompassed Mud Pump Overhauls, Riser Catwalk Overhaul, Pipe Catwalk Overhaul, and Vacuum Degasser Replacement – all executed in parallel within a compressed timeline.

This case study demonstrates LMI’s proven capability to coordinate complex, multi-discipline equipment scopes simultaneously deploying a multi-skilled local team, responsive supplier network, and global technical expertise to deliver safely, on schedule, and on budget.
