Jessica Roger

Director of Finance & Human Resources

Jessica Roger is Loadmaster Industries’ Director of Finance and Human Resources. With over two decades of experience under her belt, she ensures Loadmaster maintains policy compliance and a vibrant work culture. Roger’s career has spanned several leadership roles in the energy industry. Previously, she managed major industry accounts, such as Halliburton CleanWell Technologies and Environmental Drilling Solutions in Louisiana. In 2013, she co-founded and led Wellsite Fishing & Rental Services as their VP of Administration. During her tenure, she coordinated all HR functions, lead all proposal processes and developed extensive administrative procedures. Today, she champions Loadmaster’s internal team, acquires new talent and ensures our financial accountability.

Roger holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Child & Family Studies from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She is a member of the Lafayette chapter of AADE (American Association of Drilling Engineers). Outside of her role at Loadmaster, her favorite role is being a mom to her two daughters and spending quality time with her family.
